The TIC BCN trophy was first held as a team competition in which a couple of high-level international teams were invited; this offered a setting for training and technical improvement to both senior and junior Catalan teams.

In 2006, the trophy was at the same time of the last event of the Catalan Cup. The 2008 edition saw the presence of the English national team and the competition was opened for the first time to Catalan club teams. Now, on its 11th edition, we are preparing an event open to everybody with three programmed include in the MEDITERRANEAN OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP ORIENTEERING  TOUR

• 16/02/2018 Middle distance race at  Montserrat - Barcelona.
• 17/02/2018 Long distance race at Montjuïc - Barcelona.
• 18/02/2018 Sprint at the historical center of Barcelona.

The winner of TIC BCN 2018 will come out of the sum of the timings obtained on the last two days race
